The English speaking group we are going to go to is in Isola Capo Rizzuto but on the 1st of November they are moving the group into Crotone itself. There are only three publishers and a visiting couple from Canada (Hi Pacer and Talia).
The whole group of seven publishers are all travelling to Rome in a convoy and staying together in a 3 bedroom apartment for the “Don’t Give Up In Fulfilling the Law of Christ” English assembly two weeks after we arrive, it’s about a 7 hour drive. Takes me back to my youth, traveling to circuit assemblies, I vividly remember the camaraderie I felt traveling down the western districts of Victoria all three of us boys sitting in the back of our station wagon something that if you saw it today you would be thinking IRRESPONSIBLE PARENTS, towing our caravan looking for Assembly bumper stickers on other cars as we travelled along the country roads. Ahhh the memories. Hang on I almost squeezed a tear out. It will be a great opportunity to get to know the brothers in our little group, we are both looking forward to it very much.
Unfortunately just when we are getting to know Pacer and Talia we will have to bid them arrivederci as the are not able to extend their visas and have to head home after the assembly.

Well just a few more days to go…a few more dinners …and perhaps the need to upgrade to a larger seat after all the goodbye desserts…..
We will be keen to hear regular updates and awesome experiences ….then we will be just a few months behind you…ready to blend in with the group…
